Return Policy

At GoPrintsy.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • A valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for the following:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Used or damaged items not due to our error

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team by emailing us at support@goprintsy.com. Include your order number and the reason for your return in the email.

Once we receive your request, we’ll provide you with detailed return instructions and the correct return shipping address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be made to your original method of payment.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
